Noah Arnold
Founder and Executive Director
Overall organization leader (vision, fundraising, sustainability)
Growing up, I didn’t have a church or youth group, I had summer camp, and it changed my life. After 12 years as a public school teacher, known to my students as “Mr. Arnold” and honored as Teacher of the Year, God called me to a new path. I combined my passion for summer camp, youth, faith, and skateboarding to create Camp Arnold Skate Church, a place where the skatepark becomes the sanctuary. My wife and I have been married for 16 years, we have two amazing daughters, and we live in Celina, Texas.
What is a Skatepark Shepherd?
Skatepark Shepherds are the boots on the ground—men and women who have completed Discipleship Training School and are committed to serving the skate community. They help support Skate Church chapters and Shred Groups by building relationships, sharing the Gospel, and living out the mission of Camp Arnold Skate Church.
A Skatepark Shepherd is called to Serve, Share, Shred, and Break Bread:
Serve the skate community with humility and love.
Share the hope and truth of Jesus Christ.
Shred alongside skaters, building authentic relationships through skateboarding.
Break Bread by creating opportunities for fellowship, discipleship, and community.
Using the unique gifts God has given them, Skatepark Shepherds bring leadership, encouragement, and hope right where the next generation is gathering.

Photographer and Videographer
The Photographer & Videographer plays a vital role in capturing the story of Skate Church. Through photos and videos, I document the moments, testimonies, and culture of our community, showcasing the impact of skateboarding and faith in action. This role helps tell the Skate Church story with excellence, creativity, and authenticity, ensuring that youth, families, partners, and supporters can see and share what God is doing. By capturing and sharing these stories, they help inspire others to get involved and expand the mission.
